property’s spacious and clean, quiet too for a motel at a cheaper price! free parking and really a drive away to other establishments like if you need food, etc. pet friendly too. the receptionists and staff were very nice, in person and over the phone. we booked here earlier than the checkin time, and they still let us in with no additional charge. it’s just behind or right next to a five star hotel, so if you’re on a budget, I’d recommend for you to go for this one, cleanliness is the same as the expensive ones.

There were 3 small children in the room next to us and we only heard an occasional thump. Rooms were alsospacious, staff was friendly, the pool and rooms were clean, nothing was broken, and there was even dog treats at the front desk.

No frills… I don’t need them, cost effective, my dog was welcome, short stay, comfortable room!!! Anything else I needed was up to me! Thank you for the uncomplicated visit to Buffalo
